Verify Occupancy Status

Lending banks request Occupancy Verification Inspections when foreclosing on a property. Banks must confirm that occupants of foreclosed properties have vacated and are not squatting. Likewise, if a renter fails to make a mortgage payment, banks may conduct an Occupancy verification inspection to see if the tenant has abandoned the property.
